The First Auberge opened in 1996 and was created to
combine the quality of a French Restaurant
with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and the ambience
of your local brasserie.
Over the next ten years,
a further eight restaurants have opened, each based on the
original concept but individually designed and adapted to
fit specific local requirements. The nine locations in London
and the South
have been selected to capitalise on high levels
of demand.
