New Menus at Auberge & Azzurro
May sees the introduction of new menus across the restaurant estate. In Azzurro customers will find exciting new pizzas like the ‘Danielle’ which is perfect for summer with soft goat’s cheese, roasted peppers, red onion chutney and wild rocket. At Auberge all the classic dishes remain and have been complimented by fantastic new choices like the ‘Poisson Parmentier’ our homemade fish pie, and our corn fed roast chicken dish which is already proving a big hit.

Café
Giardino has been undergoing a range of improvements following a January
review. Amongst the changes are new menus which include the introduction of new
Panini fillings, and a new range of tempting desserts and pastries.
8/02/12 Auberge Valentines Boost
Auberge restaurants saw a welcome boost on Valentines day following a mention for our Valentines 2for1 voucher on ITV's Day Break show. Martin Lewis (www.themoneysavingexpert.com) flagged Auberge as one of the best Valentines offers available, and the mention led to an additional 1200+ visitors to the Auberge website within a few hours.
5/01/12 Online Booking Boom
Online bookings within the Auberge and Azzurro restaurants are continuing to grow month on month. December saw the highest figures yet with over 2190 covers booked, and this figure was only for groups of ten or fewer so does not take into account any of the large Christmas bookings. This trend shows more and more customers are taking to online bookings.

We are now gearing up for the busy December period, restaurants already have a number of large functions booked and are preparing for what we hope will be a very busy month.
4/11/11 Cafe Giardino Wins Best Cafe / Restaurant in Bromley
Congratulations to the Cafe Giardino team in Bromley who won the 'Best Cafe / Restaurant' award at the centres annual awards last night. It is the second consecutive year that Giardino has won the award. The team were also 'highly commended' for the opperational standards.
1/11/2011 Record Breaking October for Online Restaurant Bookings.
The introduction of online bookings within Auberge and Azzurro continues to prove popular with customers. Since the facility was added in July Town Centre Restaurants have seen a 25% increase month on month in the number of online bookings received.
1/10/2011 Cafe Giardino Refurbishments Continue.
Town Centre Restaurants have increased the pace of upgrades within Cafe Giardino units, with two units a week being improved. The refurbishments vary in scope within each location but include the addition of new comfy furniture, redecoration to a new brighter colour palette, new menus and new imagery. The changes continue to be very well received by customers and are carried out without disruption to trading.
01/09/2011 Stunning Giardino Crawley Re-opens!
Cafe Giardino Crawley has now been re-launched following a complete overhaul of the unit. Town Centre Restaurants have extended the size of the cafe which more than doubles the seating capacity. The new design includes comfortable seating areas to encourage morning and afternoon coffee trade, and the new counter is designed to make Giardino's USP of freshly prepared food look even more spectacular. Customer and landlord feedback has been very positive and sales have increased significantly.
12/08/2011 Azzurro Woking rebranded and refurbished!
Town Centre Restaurants have rebranded the Auberge Woking to an Azzurro. As part of the changes the restaurant has has a significant refurbishment. Italian posters and imagery have been introduced along with more comfortable seating.The restaurant has seen a strong uptick in sales following the changes.
01/08/2011 Cafe Giardino Crawley Refurbishment!
Cafe Giardino Crawley is currently being completely refurbished in the same style as Cafe Giardino Lakeside. The works, which are due for completion in mid August, will see the cafe almost double in size as the sleek modern new design is introduced.

You can now book online for both Auberge and Azzurro with real time reservations now available through our new websites. In the first month over 800 covers were booked!

01/04/2011 New Look Giardino Opens In Lakeside!
Cafe Giardino Lakeside has completed its refurbishment. The stunning new interior boasts comfy seating with the addition of stylish tub chairs and relaxing armchairs. In addition the counter has been transformed to improve the visability of the food.

01/02/2011 Azzurro London Bridge Opens.
Azzurro London Bridge has reopened following refurbishment and rebranding from an Auberge. CEO Mark Winter explained, "We felt that the Italian offering of pizza and pasta would work really well given the location and proximity to the station and the tourist attractions."

Congatulations to the team at our flagship Cafe Giardino in Bromley who scooped Best Restaurant/Cafe at The Glades retailer excellence awards 2010 last night. the award was voted for by centre customers which makes it all the more important, and we would like to thank our customers for all their support.
